  • I am absolutely appalled by the service Smart Art have provided. I ordered within the first 30 minutes of the boxes going live. I only received my tracking a week ago. Guess what! The tracking shows that its just been sitting in their warehouse, and they haven't arranged for it to even be picked up yet. I have chased them up several times, only to receive generic responses and empty promises. I have requested my shipping to be refunded due to the hassle and they wont even do that. The people who ordered the Ultimate creativity collection during the first 7 days should have been shipped first, Yet I'm seeing hundreds of people bragging about receiving their SINGLE boxes and their collections that they ordered a FEW WEEKS AGO!!! I have been waiting over 3 months, and I'm not getting any updates from Smart Art. Absolutely disgusting.

    • UPDATE 2: It FINALLY arrived - turns out commenting on a facebook post gets things done. I'll add another update if anything is missing!

    • Just an update for anyone playing at home - its taken about 10 days, but my tracking is now showing that my parcel has JUST been picked up and is due to arrive on the 15th... what a mission...

    • I’m in the same boat, been emailed back and forth for over a month and STILL nothing on my box. Asked for a refund and they have suddenly gone quiet and blow it under the rug. I’m beyond annoyed and upset. I don’t even want the box at this point just my $400+ I paid for the box. (I ordered as well on launch day during my lunch brake at work would have been an hour and half in or something like that)

  • I ordered mine a day after they were open for order, and I still haven't had mine. SmartArt have continuously ignored my emails and questions about it. I'm sorry, but I've had to ask for a refund. I've spent 6 weeks chasing £400, and having just seen your new space video off the back of sales made me feel awful. It's too stressful.

    • put an angry comment on their Facebook - They get back to you pretty quickly after that because other people can see it.

  • Jazza my mom ordered the ultimate art box from you for a late Xmas gift, the site is saying it should ship January 2021 and we have had no updates since buying it in November. Now we are unable to contact any customer support ;-; I really hope this is all just a delay but she is starting to get worried since it was a 400$ investment.

I was so excited, in fact, that the first thing I did was cut my finger open trying to get the box out! All the items inside were amazing and I can’t wait to start dabbling.   • I get the world is still growing through crazy times, but if things are being held up, why couldn’t Smart Art not send out an email informing customers? I’ve sent several emails following up on my order and kept getting the same “your order will be shipped shortly, you’ll get an email from fedex with more details”. But the weeks keep passing and no fedex email! Interestingly now that I’ve asked for refund, they’ve stopped replying to my emails?!

    • @Infinitely Souless I admire your patience! And glad to hear the boxes are on their way to you, finally. Definitely weird how they’ve decided to distribute their orders, I’ve heard of people who ordered after the October 2nd and they had their order weeks ago?!

    • Update from me: my inky hit australia last night, the minis is yet to be trackable.. Ironic since a few days ago I was about to request my money back and then they magically shipped it lol. But plus side is at least they're on the move. Edit: Ordered 02/10/2020

    • I finally received my art boxes today. It took 3-1/2 months.

    • Finally got somewhere today, and had my two boxes cancelled and a refund is pending. Bit frustrated and disappointed, considering I paid for these boxes on October 2nd, was told they would be shipping early December, and yet here we are almost at the end of January & I was still able to cancel them because they never got shipped! Definitely something funny going on, I hope everyone get their orders soon! 🤞🏻

  • Okay I don’t mean to be rude but I’m getting pretty annoyed, I know it’s not Jazz’s fault but it seems a lot of people (including myself) haven’t received their box especially people that got the confirmation email on the 11th and 12th, now I ordered my box in September when the launch started and STILL haven’t received it (I also live in Australia but that shouldn’t be an issue as I’ve seen a LOT of Australians get their boxes” I’ve sent smart art ANOTHER email regarding this as I contacted FedEx who informed me they didn’t receive the package???? For any other Australians look up ACCC laws on non delivered products. If I don’t hear back from smart art on the next week regarding my package I will be filing a dispute on PayPal and getting a full refund as I payed $400+ on a product I don’t have that was meant to be a Christmas present for someone. Very angry and WILL NOT buy again. I love Jazza but I won’t be buying anymore collaboration boxes with him and smart art which is a shame as I brought the last one and had no issues

    • Update still haven’t received my box :( ordered on lunch day. Smart art just replied basically saying the FedEd has picked them up and scanned them through but the tracking isn’t working so I have no idea where it is, if it’s gotten through customs or if it’s been delivered to the wrong address or has been delivered to my house while my partner and I are at work and maybe it’s been “stolen” as I hav just moved a couple months back and it’s my first delivery at this new house (shipping address is correct I double checked and everything) I might write to PayPal and get a full refund. I’m really upset at this point. FedEx told me they “didn’t have the package” and the label was created but smart art keeps telling me it’s been picked up and shipped. I can’t even watch jazz’s content bc it makes me so upset and I start to cry thinking about the $400+ that’s been wasted. I ended up having to buy something else for the person I got the box for bc their gift never arrived a month and 2 weeks later :(

    • I can't believe it. It has finally arrived. 20 days late but my daughter is absolutely thrilled. Still do not know if I will order from them again but my daughter says the quality is top notch and she is over the moon about all her new goodies.

  • I don't know whether this is just cause I'm from the UK but I've yet to hear anything about my order. Is this something other Brits are experiencing or is this just a me problem?

    • Lots of people are having this issue- from all over! Seems as though anyone who recieved a shipping vis email stating label created on the 11th or12th of December are having this problem. Numerous people have contacted smart art (including myself ) and they're only response is asking everyone if the mailing address is correct even though it is and then not receiving replying :( I have personally been sending emails asking for updates since the 19th of December with no clarification as to why it hasn't been shipped yet.

    • I'm from Australia, I ordered 2 boxes and have only gotten the email of "print this photo off and put it under the tree for when it arrives :)". Yet to see tracking or a shipping notice just yet, just figured covids messing them around, gives me time to get my room setup for it

  • JAZZA they're so many people in the comments including myself that have recieved an email on the 11-12th December stating that a shipment label has been created but have heard nothing since - I like many others in the comments have contacted smart art with no avail; please could you look into this? :(

    • I am beginning to feel as if I have been scared out of my money. They simple fact that they are not even acknowledging the vast number of complaints from people that have not received their box.

I’m more than happy to be patient, I understand that mistakes can be made and especially right now they must be under immense pressure but I think even a statement addressing the issues would put a lot of people at ease and probably reduce the massive influx of emails they must be receiving.

It wouldn't be so frustrating if we were kept in the loop as to what has happened!- initially I assumed it was an issue with anyone who ordered from the UK but clearly its a certain batch of them :( The lateness I can understand but the sheer lack of communication is appalling!

    • @vikki bunton I got the same reply when I emailed :( from what I can see a lot of people who had the shipping notification on the 12th haven’t gotten theirs and FedEx haven’t picked up that shipment - something must have happened to it. I let SmartArt know but they haven’t investigated as far as I know. We need some sort of statement from them because I see more messages like this every day :(

  • I ordered mine the minute it launched, the full set, and its January 6th and still nothing. I’m in Canada so I hope that doesn’t cause a huge issue? Anyone in the same situation?

    • Same for me. The last email I got from Smart Art was last week thanking me that I confirmed my shipping address and that they hope to resolve the issue last or this week... :/

  • Mine still isnt here. I got told it shipped out Dec 11 and got a broken tracker that hasnt been updated since dec 11 "shipment information sent to fedex". Anyone else? Support didnt say when it will be here and how to get updates since my tracker is broken but just offered me a certificate. Im worried its lost somewhere and I wont receive my only christmas gift that my parents spent a bunch on which im so thankful for. Im in north america btw. Im scared it got lost in the system due to the pandemic and wanna know where it is even if its going to take awhile to arrive. Currently waiting for a second reply from SmartArt and was wondering if im the only one having this issue or something similar. And im not saying this in a entitled or rude tone but its 10 days after Christmas and my parents who paid for it are understandable worried since thats a ton of money for us

    • @Faedra Emberhart Oh, congratulations! I got the message a few days ago that FedEx finally picked up my order. My box should arrive tomorrow. Seems like they are getting to the solution of the issue. So anyone who didn't get an update yet, should get one soon. :D

    • @RainbowUnicornLlama Basically as soon as I got a reply from smart art explaining, probably the same one you recieved, I got a status update for my tracker that it was leaving LA to fly to Edmonton and then it was there the next day (which was yesterday). Unfortunately I havent had a chance to open it since I gotta wait for my parents to be around since its technically a Christmas present lol. I live on my own but I should get to open it today or tomorrow. So excited. So relieved its all finally over for me. I really truly hope you guys get yours asap!

    • @Faedra Emberhart I am frustrated too. I have no problem with waiting a bit longer, I just wish I would get more information about the delay of my order. I think with a 400$ package they could provide us with more transparent information about the status. Today I got a response from Smart Art, that they have massive problems with the communication with FedEx. Because of decreased personnel and a lot of shipments FedEx is overwhelmed so APPARENTLY FedEx got our orders and scanned them but didn't sent them out since December. Thats the information I got from SmartArt for now, so I don't even know anymore whos "fault" it is. I think I will try to email FedEx support next maybe we can remind them about our order as well if what SmartArt told me is true. I really hope the issue gets solved soon.

    • I STILL dont have my package. Been getting the run around by smart art support twice since my last update. Im beyond frustrated and they keep telling me to be patient and that it will be there soon. Except they have been saying that for over a month now with no updates. Ive heard stories of people calling fedex and them saying the label was printed but that fedex hasnt even received the package from smartart yet despite us being told by smartart its shipped. I mean it would make sense since my fedex tracker literally says shipping label created and shipping information sent to fedex on dec 11 and no further updates or even a delivery date still. Why cant they just be transparent about whats going on instead of sending us useless "were looking into it" replies to our valid concerns. It just seems so dismissive. At this point they should either send us a second box priority shipping for free or give us full refunds cuz this is a load of bullshit for a $500 cad product. Now anytime I see Jazzas youtube uploads, instead of being happy I just get reminded of this awful situation and get overwhelmed with anxiety and frustration. Please just please answer our questions smartart and figure this out with fedex ASAP because this is completely unacceptable. I wonder if they would even refund me if I asked... knowing them, probably not -_-

  • I first heard of your smartartbox through the nerdy crafter but at the time did not understand I could order just one out of the three boxes then I was clued in when Ace of Clay did an unboxing. I figure so long as I get my order undamaged all is good 👍

  • I miraculously got my box before Christmas Day but sadly the fancy dip pen was snapped upon arrival. I sent an email about it but haven't heard back yet (They're probably taking some time off after this huge effort!). I want to try out all the things but I'm afraid to open anything else in case they want it sent back!

  • Just saw this now, and I totally understand the delays now. I’ve contacted the smart art team and did not get any reply to any of my queries on the ultimate box even today (Jan 1) . It would have been nice to get notice, so that we don’t worry about things being lost vs just delayed. Hope everything goes Ok for the team who is putting this together in those difficult times.

    • Same here. Communication with them is horrible!! I'm also disappointed that it was Jazza who had to make a video explaining what's going on. I would have appreciated that Smart Art would have sent the clients an email explaining what's going on. Really disappointed.

    • ​@Nitokris69 Also sowie ich es von meinem Email Verlauf mit Smart Art jetzt verstanden habe, haben die massive Kommunikations Probleme mit FedEx, dass anscheinend FedEx die Pakete nicht abholt bzw. sie nicht weiterschickt, wegen der Arbeiterknappheit aufgrund Corono/Feiertage etc. Ich bin froh endlich eine konkrete Information auf meine Fragen zu bekommen, ich habe kein Problem damit zu warten. ich finde es auch schade, dass ich die Information so lange und immer wieder aus denen rausholen musste. Bei so viel Geld was man für die Boxen ausgibt, könnte man schon meinen, dass man vielleicht mehr über den Status des Pakets wissen sollte, vor allem wenn es so aufgeschoben wird. Aber uns bleibt wohl nur noch zu warten...

    • @RainbowUnicornLlama @Happy Little School Letzte Woche bin ich auf die Barrikaden gegangen nachdem ich wieder die Kommentare und Twitter gecheckt habe. Noch einmal habe ich dem Support geschriebenl letztes Wochenende und nach einer Tracking Nummer verlangt, da ich ja zu jenen gehört habe, die noch nicht mal eine Tracking erhalten hatten. Dann auf Twitter habe ich SmartArt selber ebenfalls unter einem Tweet zu dieser Thematik geschrieben, dass ich am Launch Tag bestellt habe und meine Frage vom Support nicht beantwortet wird mit der Bitte nach einer Trackingnummer. NUN, am Freitag habe ich endlich eine Tracking erhalten.... Gemäss der Trackingnummer sollte das Paket am 28. angeliefert werden. Das glaube ich dann, sobald das passiert ist. Aber immerhin habe ich jetzt einmal etwas handfestes seitens SmartArt, man musste ja vorher schon alles Infos selber von denen einholen :( Aber es hat sich was getan.

    • Ich habe noch immer nichts gehört! Auch auf eine Antwort vo Support warte ich schon über einen Monat. Ich werde noch einen Monat warten und dann verlange ich mein Geld zurück - mit Zinsen für 6 Monate. Ich bin soooooooooooooo wütend😡😈👹

    • Nitokris69 Hallo, ich habe bis heute das Problem dass ich die Boxen nicht bekommen habe. Der Support hat mir auch nur letzte Woche geschrieben, nachdem ich gebeten wurde meine Adresse zu überprüfen, dass sie versuchen das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu beheben. Eure Kommentare sind ja auch schon etwas länger her. Hat sich bei eurem Status der Bestellung in der Zeit mittlerweile was geändert? Wisst ihr mittlerweile mehr zu euren Paketen?

    • @Happy Little School Die Antwortzeit ist schon länger beim Support. Aber habe bisher immer auf mein Mail eine Nachricht erhalten. Bei mir ist zum Beispiel bei der Zahlung der Hinweis pending, die Zahlung sei aber durchgegangen gemäss Smartart. Dann als ich etwa zwei Wochen später wieder nachgefragt habe, wieso immer noch nichts auf dem Weg ist, kam dann die Info mit der Adresse stimme etwas nicht. Adresse war die Gleiche wie bei der kleinen Box vor Jahren (ü-Zeichen in der Adresse) und das Problem war wohl aufgrund von Spediteurwechsel. Sie konnten das nun beheben und ich sollte dann mal ein Mail mit Tracking bekommen. Das war auch schon wieder vor einer Woche. Ich denke wir werden schon nicht über den Tisch gezogen, Smartart hat sich einfach heillos überschätzt mit der logistiken Hürde dieser Menge von Boxen und den falschen Versprechen, dass alle frühen Besteller die Box rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten haben werden. Warten ist mir auch egal, aber Kommunikation wäre das mindeste, was ich erwarte würde. Können ja auch auf der Homepage eine Information aufschalten. Scheint mir ja, wir sind da noch einige, die keine Infos erhalten :(

  • My boyfriend had ordered a box, the second day of launch, and he never received it. We also never got an email saying it was shipped so we can't track it. He's really upset because that was a big part of his Christmas and we've been keeping an eye out for it but still haven't seen it. He was really looking forward to the box because he was really wanting to get into sculpting and everything. I get that you had shipping delays and everything but this is kinda upsetting for me as well. I would really love to know where his box is and why we haven't gotten it. I read the comments and a few people who ordered the first two days have gotten their boxes but not us.

    • @Hawley Hang same thing here except FedEx hasn't gotten back with us and it's beginning to piss me off because the neighborhood we live in currently has someone going house to house searching for packages and we're not leaving the house except for work mostly so we're keeping an eye out but this is absolutely ridiculous.

    • Me too. I ordered it on the first drop and I'm still waiting. I called FedEx regarding the tracking and they said it hasn't been posted yet... And contacted SmartArt several times no response. My other friends have already received it and some of them ordered after me! :( And damn, it wasn't cheap. I hope we get them soon...

    • I’m waiting still too. It’s USPS. They struggle normally and then you add in the pandemic and they can’t handle it. Sadly, all we can do is wait. If you do have concerns about the order having gone through, you should be able to contact Smart Art directly to get that verified. Beyond that, they’re working as fast as they can and the rest is up to USPS.

    • This is my very first purchase from Smart Art and they really leave a couple of things to be desired. I've written several emails and they take more than a week to get answered. Really frustrating with NO way to know what's the status!

  • To who ever ordered a box, I would like to ask if you still have your shipment in the unfulfillment state, I have ordered mine at October 2nd, I contacted many times, and I also chose international shipping, but it still seems to be unfulfilled, well i wanted to ask just to make sure I'm not the only one, I have no problem with delays, I'm just worried I won't get mine

If you search for "PPTGames" on youtube you will find a channel that makes very good games on Powerpoint! PPTGames has already discovered how to make 3D games on Powerpoint !!

    • Apparently fedex has suspended services to the uk because of brexit and covid!! Double whammy for us 😭I'm in northern Ireland so I've no idea when mine will arrive now.

    • @vikki bunton oof, maybe the label was made but it hasn't shipped yet? Jazza did say in the video that fedex is limiting the number of packages they were willing to pick up. Hopefully the box gets to you soon!
